Firefly开源团队自2014年成立以来，一直专注于开源硬件，致力于通过开源文化和知识的推广，让科技更简单、让生活更智能。
如今，Firefly开源产品已广泛应用于机器人、人工智能、边缘计算、AI视觉、智能车载、工业控制、智能物联网等诸多场景。在这些实践的背后，是无数开发者的智慧与创意——正是这些来自真实场景的探索，构成了Firefly生态中最宝贵的部分。
为此，Firefly社区正式启动“萤火计划”——面向全球有奖征集基于Firefly产品的优质产品应用案例，发现并汇聚社区中的优秀实践，与全球开发者共创开源的未来 。
Since its establishment in 2014, the Firefly Open Source Team has been dedicated to open-source hardware, committed to making technology simpler and life smarter through the promotion of open-source culture and knowledge.
Today, Firefly open-source products have been widely applied in robotics, artificial intelligence, edge computing, AI vision, intelligent vehicles, industrial control, smart IoT, and many other scenarios. Behind these practices lies the wisdom and creativity of countless developers—it is precisely these explorations from real-world scenarios that constitute the most valuable part of the Firefly ecosystem.
To this end, the Firefly Community officially launches the “Firefly Plan” —a global call for submissions of outstanding product application cases based on Firefly products, with rewards for selected contributors. The initiative aims to discover and aggregate the best practices within the community, and to co-create an open-source future with developers around the world.
二、宗旨 Mission
萤火计划以“共创、共享、共赢”为核心精神，旨在：
1. 挖掘标杆案例 —— 发现并展示Firefly产品在各行业场景中的创新应用，为全球开发者提供可借鉴的实践参考
2. 激发社区活力 —— 通过有奖征集与技术分享，鼓励更多开发者参与开源生态建设，让每一位贡献者的声音都被听见
3. 共建开源生态 —— 将优秀的应用案例沉淀为社区共同的知识资产，推动开源技术生态的持续繁荣与发展
Guided by the core principles of “Co-create, Share, and Win Together,” the Firefly Plan is designed to:
1. Discover Benchmark Cases — Identify and showcase innovative applications of Firefly products across various industries and scenarios, providing developers worldwide with practical references they can learn from.
2. Energize the Community — Encourage more developers to participate in open-source ecosystem building through reward-based submissions and technical sharing, ensuring that every contributor’s voice is hear d.
3. Build the Open-Source Ecosystem Together — Consolidate outstanding application cases into the community’s shared knowledge assets, driving the sustained prosperity and growth of the open-source technology ecosystem.
三、征集对象 Who Can Participate
本次征集面向全球范围内的Firefly产品使用者，包括但不限于：
- 企业研发团队与产品工程师
- 开源硬件爱好者与创客
- 高校师生与科研人员
- 独立开发者与技术极客
无论您是资深嵌入式开发者还是刚入门的探索者，只要您有基于Firefly产品的真实应用案例，都欢迎投稿参与。
This call for submissions is open to Firefly product users worldwide, including but not limited to:
- Enterprise R&D teams and product engineers
- Open-source hardware enthusiasts and makers
- University faculty, students, and researchers
- Independent developers and tech geeks
Whether you are a seasoned embedded developer or a beginner just getting started, as long as you have a real-world application case based on Firefly products, you are welcome to submit your work.

Selected high-quality cases in the Firefly Plan will entitle contributors to the following benefits:
1. Cash Rewards — Outstanding cases will receive corresponding creative fund support.
2. Community Certification — Obtain the exclusive “Firefly Plan Contributor” certification badge from the Firefly Community .
3. Ecosystem Resources — Priority access to official technical support, hardware collaboration opportunities, and eligibility for subsequent event s.
4. Commemorative Honors — Selected cases will be featured in the Firefly Annual Case Collection and receive an exclusive commemorative certificate.
5. Ecosystem Creator Program — Outstanding contributors with exceptional achievements will be invited to join the Ecosystem Creator Program, partnering with Firefly for in-depth collaboration to co-develop ecosystem products and participate in commercial revenue sharing, turning technology and creativity into sustainable value.
六、参与方式 How to Participate
投稿时间：即日起，长期有效（首期征集截止日期请关注社区公告）
投稿渠道：通过Firefly社区“萤火计划”在线提交
投稿要求：
- 提交案例需包含项目背景、硬件选型、技术架构、实现方案、应用效果等核心信息
- 图文并茂，鼓励附上代码片段、固件、硬件资料或演示视频
- 案例须为投稿者原创或已获得授权，不得侵犯他人知识产权
Submission Period: Starting today, open indefinitely (please refer to community announcements for the first-phase submission deadline).
Submission Channel: Submit online via the Firefly Community “Firefly Plan” portal.
Submission Requirements:
- Each submission must include core information such as project background, hardware selection, technical architecture, implementation approach, and application results .
- Submissions should be well-illustrated with text and images; code snippets, firmware, hardware documentation, or demo videos are encourage d.
- Cases must be original work by the contributor or have proper authorization, and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
七、 评选机制 Evaluation Criteria
由Firefly技术团队、社区核心开发者及行业专家组成评审委员会，从以下维度综合评定：
- 创新性 —— 案例在技术路径或应用场景上的独特价值
- 实用性 —— 案例解决实际问题的能力与可复制性
- 技术完成度 —— 案例的完整性、稳定性与呈现质量

A review committee composed of the Firefly technical team, core community developers, and industry experts will comprehensively evaluate submissions based on the following dimensions:
- Innovativeness — The unique value of the case in terms of technical approach or application scenario.
- Practicality — The case’s ability to solve real-world problems and its replicability.
- Technical Completeness — The integrity, stability, and presentation quality of the case.
- Community Contribution — The case’s impact on advancing the Firefly ecosystem and community development.
