Dear Support Team,
When the iCore3588JQ board is started in loader mode, it is visible on the computer (both Windows and Linux) and can be detected using tools like RKDevTool or upgrade_tool. However, when the board is not started in loader mode, it is not visible to the computer.
Additionally, since the board is not detected when not in loader mode, it is not possible to switch it to loader mode using commands like “adb shell”.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
