How to UART enable/disable ?

Hi.

I am writing a UART driver ofr My own RTOS.

I can not found how to enable/disable UART.
(ex. On PL011, UARTCR.UARTEN bit.)

Please tell me.

I was misunderstanding. RK3288 is similar to the 8250.
It do not have enable/disable bit.
