recover bootloader...

Hi

My FirePrime board is broken..
So. I want to recover bootloader using MaskRom mode.
I try to bellow step… But it’s fail ..

  1. shot H/W two point…

  2. writing the parameter
    sudo upgrade_tool di -p FirePrime_boot.txt # flash parameter

  3. chceking serial log

    DDR Version 2.00 20140828
    In

    1A1A2929 3

other question.. why don’t support compiled update.img ? (URL is broken.)

Firmware download link is fixed, thank you :slight_smile:

If you want to recovery bootloader, either:

  • Flash the whole image again:
    sudo upgrade_tool uf /path/to/update.img

  • Update the bootloader
    sudo upgrade_tool DB /path/to/loader.bin # this download the loader to the board
    sudo upgrade_tool UL /path/to/loader.bin # this shall upgrade to loader of the board
