I have noticed that from time to time, the RK3399 will show distorted/corrupted graphics. Once device is reset, it is not function for some time. Attempt various workaround, multiple power cycle, disconnect all connectors but power, manual MASKROM flash boot, never obtain loader.
I have no logs
I discovered that my board has a physical issue. Heat/cold affected functionality. Later I discovered that applying slight pressure to the Rockchip restores functionality. Bad solder joints? broken traces? not sure. In the case of bad solder joints, can’t i just take a heat gun to the board? or will that cook/damage the board?
you can take a heat gun to the board,but don’t pressure anything,
if have no improvement, please send the board to us ,and we will repare it .
