Bluetooth speaker not working with videocaller app only@RK3399

Hi All,
We are successfully connected a bluetooth speaker cum mic to RK3399 development board. But while making a video call using a custom developed android app, not getting any audio output(mic also not working) on bluetooth speaker. At the same time ,bluetooth speaker gives audio output while playing music on media player. Problem is when making video call on app.
Android version : 6.0bluetooth speaker : Portronics POR-280 Sound Pot Wireless Bluetooth Speaker (Black)please help? .ASAP
