New mainline kernel 4.19 (or higher) for Ubuntu on RK3399?

Libre Computer announced the Renegade Elite on Indiegogo, built by t-firefly. From kernel 4.19 upwards, this board is supported by mainline.

Since the RK3399 and the Renegade Elite are both RK3399 boards by t-firefly, can we expect a mainline kernel 4.19 soon?
I have updated Ubuntu on the RK3399 successfully to 18.04LTS and would like to have an up-to-date kernel as well.
