RK3308 upgrade_tool linux error

Hello ,
I am using ubuntu OS.
I downloaded the upgrade_tool for linux.
When I run “sudo: upgrade_tool: command not found” this command , system give the error that “command not found”

1.What is the version of your Ubuntu OS
2.Have you changed environment variables? such as PATH, and could this command show anything in your Ubuntu OS

Ik herken dat helemaal, want ik ben zelf ook vaak bezig met het uitzoeken van technische problemen en hoe je ze het beste oplost.
