Hello. I have got new device. I set up my PC as DHCP client. Directly connected to the device’s port LAN2. PC does not get IP address. Documentation says “press recovery button”, but there’s no button named recovery on the body, and this does not show this button. I guess it is the one marked arrow up. I press it, nothing happens. Ok, this one having “recovery” word on the picture. I am not Chinese thus only guess two Chinese characters mean “button”. On some other page (can not find it any more!) I have seen to press recovery button and turn on device holding the button - for factory reset, and red LED will not turn on. This does not work - LED turns on as I do not hold the button, and nothing changes.
Is my device faulty?
Is it possible to get specialist support for this device?
P.S. I get “错误：请点击滑块验证按钮，验证通过后再提交！” lucky it is copyable to clipboard, but there’s no slider on the screen!
I unboxed the device and unable to connect to it. Unable to find what and how should I proceed.
As a result I need OpenWrt in the box, but as I can not connect to the device, result is not achievable.
The picture you shared shows headphone input, not recovery button.
I still unable to make this device working. Connected through serial port, but do not see the serial port setting for 1500000 baud. Nothing in the terminal at any speeds. Adapter does not show connect signal.
