I am not familiar on how to configure or enable M2 accessibility for Ubuntu and could use some assistance on just being able to access the interface.
I have a Western Digital NvMe SSD installed, but there is no indicater that it is even working.
Is it even possible to use as a storage drive?

Just to verify that the memory device was working itself, I formatted it as EXT3 on windows using AOMEI partition assistant (free version) and then attached it to a M.2 NVME USB 3.1 Adapter (amazon) and plugged it into the ROC-rk3588s-pc board. It worked just fine. So the 256GB card is working just not the connection to 3588 board. I’m going to try with a SATA version later today. That way we can at least confirm that the default mode under Linux is SATA.
FYI - My test with a M.2 SATA drive was successful under Debian. Confirming that SATA is the default under Debian as well as the aforementioned Android OS

Hello, were you able to solve this? i did checked my dtsi config file. it seems that pcie interface selected, but m2 nvme ssd not working properly. it’s only showned as 4mb ssd in gparted app, but i can’ format it or mount it to filesystem. i also tried to format it to ext3 under another linux machine. and also i tried to change dtsi to sata ( ssd disapears from gparted in this case). can someone provide example of correct dtsi file configured to work with nvme m2? thank you a lot in advance!
