Install New Image on RK3566 failure

Hi,

I have an RK3566 and am struggling to install a new firmware image. I have taken the following steps:

  1. Within RK Devtool i have burned the norflash2emmc loader successfully

  2. From upgrade firmware tab I have upgraded with this firmware https://github.com/radxa/rock-3-images-released/releases/download/rock-3-v20211115/rock3a_debian_buster_xfce4_arm64_20211113_0127-gpt.img.gz

ALl loaded successfully however the only thing on my screen when connected is the firefly logo and there has been no IP assigned so I cannot SSH in even with ETH connected

I have tried the above with images both from Radxa directly as well as the Firefly images for Core3566JD4, ROC-RK3566-PC and AIO3566JD4but cannot get past the firefly logo. What am I doing wrong?
