UEFI support on ITX-3588J

I have ITX-3588J Board and I want to install UEFI on it.
I see on https://en.t-firefly.com/product/industry/itx3588j that “UEFI Boot is available”.
Also I read this topic: https://bbs.t-firefly.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3533

I sligtly modified make.sh in uefi folder of Linux SDK and was able to get UEFI img. Changed script is attached in Log archive.
I installed this image with rkdeveloptool from rkbin project like that:

rkdeveloptool wl 0x4000 uefi.img

0x4000 is offset of uboot/uefi in eMMC, source: Boot option - Rockchip open source Document

After that my board goes to Maskrom mode.

Could you give me a recommendation on how to install UEFI on this board?
