烧录失败，emmc后面是x不是o

请问是不是emmc坏掉了

station pc2 ,官网上下载的固件android11,
坏掉原因：adb shell 进去，设置了下setprop hdmi分辨率,然后reboot就没啥反应了，灯也不亮了。
拆开壳子按recover键，进入loader模式，下载boot然后storagy list显示只有spi nor flash对号，emmc是x,然后烧录很慢会失败。

留意一下emmc附近的maskrom按键是否有问题，是不是一直处于按下的状态

使用工具的版本是多少，可以截图看一下storage list的情况，另外有没有工具的log或串口的log

看不出来啥，我仔细看过了，一切正常。已经寄回了，收到帮我查查吧。因为是用着用着就坏了，看不出来的。也没有烧焦的痕迹和气味。

我也有这个问题，切换到emmc存储串口log就报这个错
