为什么我执行./rkmedia_vi_rknn_venc_rtsp_test出现下面的错误

我执行下面这个例子的时候会报下面的错误./rkmedia_vi_rknn_venc_rtsp_test -a /oem/etc/iqfiles/ -c /oem/usr/share/rtsp-nn.cfg -b /oem/usr/share/rknn_model/box_priors.txt -l /oem/usr/share/rknn_model/coco_labels_list.txt -p /oem/usr/share/rknn_model/ssd_inception_v2_rv1109_rv1126.rknn

adb shell进入板子，然后执行/oem/RkLunch-stop.sh关掉IPC默认开启的程序。

1、sdk是否是最新的？不是则执行：

cd sdk/
repo sync -c

2、rkmedia_vi_rknn_venc_rtsp_test这个程序的路径是/oem/usr/bin/rkmedia_vi_rknn_venc_rtsp_test吗？
