Dual monitor configuration in Firefly-RK3288-Reload (2xHDMI)

Hello,

I would like to know how to enable dual monitor (2xHDMI) configuration in Firefly-RK3288-Reload with Ubuntu.

I’ve installed official ‘Firefly-RK3288-Reload_Ubuntu14.04_201708151617.img’ image and it seems there is no support for dual monitor in the kernel, because xrandr command shows only one available screen.

When connecting the second monitor, it only works in mirror mode and I need it to work in extended mode.

How can I enable dual monitor configuration in ‘extended desktop’ mode? I believe I need to recompile the kernel, but what options I must enable to make it work? I am ready to test any options and post results back.
